Heavenly Potato Cheese Puffs – A Comfort Recipe You’ll Want to Make Again and Again

  • 3 cups mashed potatoes

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1/4 cup sour cream

  • 2 tablespoons chopped chives

Preparation

Step 1 – Prepare the Mixture
