Homemade Aloe Vera Hair Oil: A Natural Hair Care Recipe for Healthy-Looking Hair

Step 1: Extract the Aloe Vera Gel

Wash the aloe vera leaves thoroughly to remove any dirt.

Slice the leaves open lengthwise and use a spoon to scoop out the clear gel inside.

Place the gel in a blender and blend it briefly until smooth.

Step 2: Prepare the Oil Base

Pour one cup of coconut oil (or olive oil) into a clean pan.

Add the blended aloe vera gel to the oil and stir gently until the ingredients are combined.

Step 3: Infuse the Oil

Place the pan on low heat and allow the mixture to warm slowly.

Let it simmer gently for about 20–30 minutes, stirring occasionally. This process allows the aloe vera to infuse into the oil.

Avoid high heat to prevent burning or damaging the ingredients.

Step 4: Strain and Store

Allow the mixture to cool completely.

Strain the oil through a fine sieve or cheesecloth to remove any remaining aloe pulp.

Transfer the infused oil into a clean glass jar or bottle with a tight lid.

Store the oil in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
